Dancing at Solterra
We will be dancing Solterra on Sept. 29 and Oct. 6
instead of our usual location.
Here are directions for those dates only:
Please Note: No street shoes allowed. Soft sole dance shoes or stocking feet only on this floor.
From Durham: Take the Durham Freeway (147 North) to 15-501 south (Exit 16B toward Chapel Hill). From 15-501 take the NC 751 exit (Exit 107) toward Duke University West campus. At the light at the end of the exit ramp turn right onto NC 751 and follow a short distance to the roundabout (ie, traffic circle). Go three quarters of the way around the roundabout onto Erwin Rd. (it's as if you were making a left turn). Go through 2 traffic lights (Cornwallis Rd. and Mt. Sinai Rd). Make the first left after the light at Mt. Sinai Rd. onto Randolph Rd. Make the first right off Randolph Rd. into Solterra and bare right around the divider onto Solterra Way. Follow Solterra Way all the way to the end (the equivalent of about 3 long blocks) to the Common House. You will be able to park there.
From Chapel Hill: Take 15-501 to Erwin Rd. Make a left on Erwin Rd. and follow approximately 3 miles. After passing through the second light at Whitfield Rd., keep straight about 1 mile or so and make a right onto Randolph Rd. Make the first right off Randolph into Solterra. Then follow the directions above.
